Q: Can I take the golf cart outside of my rental community?
A: Yes! Our golf carts are permitted on all public roads on Nassau and Paradise Island, giving you the freedom to explore many beautiful areas, local attractions, and points of interest. However, we recommend that you stay within your community and the surrounding area.
Q: What happens if the golf cart breaks down or I have an issue?
A: In the unlikely event of a breakdown, please call us immediately using the contact information provided at rental. We have support teams on standby to assist with any issues.
Q: Are there any restrictions on where I can go?
A: Our golf carts are licensed for full road use in Nassau and Paradise Island only. Please avoid any restricted areas. Our staff will provide a map and guidelines when you rent your cart.
Q: Is there a security deposit?
A: Yes, a refundable security deposit is required upon rental. This deposit covers potential damages and will be returned upon safe return of the cart.
Q: Do you provide insurance for the golf carts?
A: Yes, insurance is available for an additional fee. We highly recommend it for peace of mind during your rental.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We’re open every day from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Special holiday hours may apply, so feel free to contact us if you’re visiting during a holiday. Please note that these hours apply to our administrative services, Once it is reserved, your Golf Cart will be delivered to you day or night!

A: Our team will come to you and handle the return and final inspection process for you
Q: What if I return the golf cart late?
A: If you need extra time, please call us in advance. Late returns may incur additional charges, so we recommend letting us know as soon as possible if you’re running behind.
