A: Renting a golf cart with us is easy! You can call ahead, or book online. Our team will help you choose the best rental plan for your needs and get you on the road in no time.

Q: What should I bring?
A: A valid driver's license along with a government ID. Your vehicle will be delivered to you!

Q: Do I need a driver’s license to rent a golf cart? 
A: Yes, all drivers must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old to rent and operate our golf carts.

Q: Can I reserve a golf cart in advance?
A: Absolutely! To guarantee availability, we recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons. You can contact us by phone or online to make your reservation.

Q: What are your rental rates?
A: We offer daily (3 day minimum), weekly and monthly rates.

Q: How many people can fit in a golf cart?
A: We offer a variety of carts, including 2-seater, 4-seater, and 6-seater options. Let us know your group size, and we’ll help you choose the best cart for your needs.

Q: Can I take the golf cart outside of my rental community?
A: No. Even though Low Speed Vehicles are licensed. Their use is restricted to private communities in Nassau. Paradise Island guests may use the golf cart anywhere on Paradise Island.

Q: What happens if the golf cart breaks down or I have an issue?
A: In the unlikely event of a breakdown, please call us immediately using the contact information provided at rental. We have support teams on standby to assist with any issues.

Q: Are there any restrictions on where I can go?
A: Our golf carts are licensed for full road use in Nassau and Paradise Island only. Please avoid any restricted areas. Our staff will provide a map and guidelines when you rent your cart.

Q: Is there a security deposit?
A: Yes, a refundable security deposit is required upon rental. This deposit covers potential damages and will be returned upon safe return of the cart.

Q: Do you provide insurance for the golf carts?
A: Yes, insurance is available for an additional fee. We highly recommend it for peace of mind during your rental.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We’re open every day from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Special holiday hours may apply, so feel free to contact us if you’re visiting during a holiday. Please note that these hours apply to our administrative services, Once it is reserved, your Golf Cart will be delivered to you day or night!

Q: How do I return the golf cart?
A: Our team will come to you and handle the return and final inspection process for you

Q: What if I return the golf cart late?
A: If you need extra time, please call us in advance. Late returns may incur additional charges, so we recommend letting us know as soon as possible if you’re running behind.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes! We offer discounts for multi-day golf cart rentals, as well as seasonal promotions. Check with us when booking to see if there are any current deals available.
